Founder & Chief Tracker

It all started with Richard Moniz, our founder and Chief Tracker, who, after spending over a decade in the research game, decided he craved more than just crunching numbers.

He wanted to peek inside the shopper’s brain (don’t worry, it’s all perfectly ethical and safe, no X-Men involved).

Think of him as your friendly neighborhood shopping Sherlock Holmes – but instead of a pipe and a magnifying glass, he uses eye trackers, facial coders, and other cool programs to test product packaging and understand shoppers’ preferences.

He is a father, husband, and a champion for the planet. He believes that a happy shopper goes hand-in-hand with a happy planet.
